Please note in 2005 the Choctaw County Community Development Foundation received
its 501 (c) (3) tax exempt status. In order to receive this status, for the purpose of fund
-raising, we had to separate our by-laws and hold separate board meetings.
The objective of the Choctaw County Chamber of Commerce is to foster growth and
development of existing and new business to the county.
The objective of the Choctaw County Community Development Foundation is to develop
and enhance the community through education and faith-based programs.
